How can your organization exhibit at ISMAR7?

To ensure your participation at the event, and to secure your ideal location, please submit the application/contract for exhibit space as soon as possible (following release). Space is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will make every effort to issue preferred booth space requested.

Exhibit Floor Plan and Exhibitor Applications will be available on or before January 31, 2010. If you would like to add your name and contact details to the waiting list to receive the Exhibitor Application before it is offered to the public, please send an email request to Traci Murrie.

Exhibitor Manuals will be released to confirmed exhibitors on or before July 1, 2010.
